About Prerana Trust
Prerana Trust is a hostel run by a group of volunteers from last two decades providing food, shelter, education apart from giving moral support and strength to the specially abled children to be par with the normal children in the society.

Achievement
5 blind students of this boarding hostel have completed TCH Training, 3 students have completed Bed Training, and 4 students have passed and scored 83% in junior Karnataka classical music education. Over 300 state level awards in cultural activities, and about 50 zonal level awards were bagged by these students.
Prerana Trust for the Disabled at Mandya is running a free boarding hostel for the blind and physically challenged students. 24 were blind, 21 were speech and hearing impaired, 13 were with various physically challenged among them. All are given free education boarding’s hostel to stay and school uniforms and all other basic amenities with free of cost (under the Progressive Educational Training) with help of a generous donation by the public and other phylum Homopists and educationists with liberal donation.
